We are writing a user manual of Dr. Geo. It is currently more than 50 pages. It is first written in French, then translated in Italian, Dutch, Spanish, English.
The manuals can be downloaded from 
http://www.ofset.org/drgeo/doc.html. Alternatively you can access the CVS of the manual from http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ofset/drgenius-man/ from here you have access to the very last draft of the manuals.
Also you can access to the source manual from CVS with the following commands:

From a technical point of view, the manual are written with LaTeX and HyperLaTeX, from this source document we generate a html version -- for the on-line help -- and a hypertext PDF book to be printed or consulted on-line.
