FREEEDEM: First and traditional question, to let our readers know you better. Please present yourself ...

Please follow this link : GeorgesKhaznadar

FREEEDEM: What is your main (free) project about ?

I'm trying to promote the use of httpWims to teach sciences. This server is very actively deloped by Gang Xiao, and it is very rich in free educational contents for teaching maths.

FREEDEM: Who are your main users ?

My students, and hopefully an increasing number of users of free programs which are embedded inside httpFreeduc-CD.

FREEDEM: Who are your main supporters ?

Please say me what I'm supposed to hope from a supporter, then I'll be able to say which this supporter can be.

FREEDEM: How many users are there who interact with you ?

Do you mean direct interaction ? as for many persons, about one hundred and a half at any time in my adult's life.

FREEDEM: What comments would you like to get from your users ? From supporters ? From contributors ?

Friendly comments, of course.

FREEDEM: Which kind of support would you most like to receive, from the community or users ?

Mainly active communication about the usability and the possibilities to interoperate educational scientific free programs in the real life.

FREEEDEM: Could you introduce in few words what you're going to talk about during your presentation ...

You mean probably ... if the topic is Wims ?

FREEEDEM: What is lacking most in you project ?

There has been released more free educational software by math teachers than by science teachers. I hope to promote some development tools which can be used by both of these neighbouring communities. Participation of science teachers in free software/free content publication is too seldom now.

FREEEDEM: What are you expecting from your talk at FREEEDEM from the interactions with users and other developers present at the event ?

I hope to meet people willing to make interoperable as many as possible free software in the scientific educational field.

FREEEDEM: To finish with some questions inspired by the famous Proust questionnaire

Mmmm... I'd rather answer later... please send me some Madeleines by snail-mail. My favorite are baked in Commercy. Thanks a lot in advance.

(some suggestions: Linus Torvalds, Richard Stallman, Lawrence Lessig, Michael Hart ... Please add names here)
